Is it okay to be a little upset or disappointed after a professional photographer failed to do the one special instruction you gave?

The pictures are still okay, not great, and my husband thinks it's totally unreasonable that I'm kind of disappointed with our pictures.

People of AMA, what do you think when someone takes pictures of you without permission and/or when they know you don't like it?

If it matters, the pictures are going to be put onto a publication (a calendar) that will be seen by a lot of people.

My boyfriends mother gave me her old Nikonf401 body. It is an autofocus camera, but because money was tight and I needed to get using it asap, I bought a manual 50mm Nikon Lens.
